Vicki will be presenting a quiz on Saturday and Sunday ( July 12 and 13 ) at the Goodwood Festival Of Speed on Honda's consumer stand. Contestants will include Jenson Button, Alex Wurz, Mick Doohan and John McGuinness.

On Sunday, Vicki will also be driving a 2008 Civic Type R BTCC up the Goodwood Hill.

Vicki was on the cover of the Sunday Times' InGear section today, which featured a couple of articles by her about electric vehicles, the Smart Fortwo ED and the Ego Street Scoota.

Vicki and two others presented the morning show on Talksport Radio today. There is a picture of her and that show's regular presenter taken last year on Talksport's website.

Book - Anthony Worrall Thompson - Top 100 Beef Recipes

Serves 4-6

Ingredients

675g beef fillets, centre cut, cut into 1cm slices
3 cloves garlic, crushed to a paste with a little salt
Juice and grated zest of 2 unwaxed lemons
1 � teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground coriander
� teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 jar wood-roasted red peppers (bell peppers), drained and cut into strips, to serve
To serve
1 jar wood-roasted artichokes, drained and cut into quarters
1 jar hot chunky tomato salsa; soured cream
12 small soft, flour tortillas
guacamole

Method

Place the beef fillet slices into a bowl and combine with the garlic, lemon juice and zest, cumin, coriander, cayenne pepper and olive oil. Refrigerate and allow to marinate for at least 3 hours.

Heat a griddle pan and cook the fillet slices quickly in batches to your liking.

Place the meat on a platter, and put the roasted peppers, artichokes, salsa, guacamole and soured cream into separate bowls. Take a little of each and roll everything up in a soft tortilla.

Motors.co.uk are running a competition which the winners of will get to film road tests for their site, as well as having a day's training at Silverstone with Vicki.

UTalkMarketing has a story that a direct marketing agency called Tilt has signed a deal with Vicki that will see her featured in over fifty million 'asrecommended' guides that will be delivered to homes this year.

This programme was part of five's tenth birthday celebrations. Vicki talked about love at the disco, Simon Le Bon and sausages.

Vicki and Tiff Needell went head to head on BBC2's cooking show Ready Steady Cook. In the past she has claimed to be lethal, particularly to stoves, in the kitchen, but it looks as though the cooking lessons have paid off...
Her ingredients were:
 Langoustine
 Risotto rice
 Parmesan
 Asparagus
 Mango
 Vine tomatoes
 Shallots
With these, Vicki and chef Phil Vickery made:
 Butterflied langoustines with soy, lime and chilli and parmesan crisps
 Asparagus and tomato stir-fry
 Asparagus risotto
 Mango and lime tarte tatin with butterscotch sauce

Vicki is again substituting for Clarkson in the Sunday Times' InGear section, writing about the Javan R1 sports car.
